Volume hiring in Turkey

A campaign is a brief, a search, a shortlist and a start list. It is scoped to a site and a week, not to a single vacancy.

When a campaign is the right shape

Volume hiring is for a site that needs many people in the same period: a line opening, a warehouse peak, a set of store openings, or a hotel season. One senior hire with a long courtship is a different job. The plan is scoped to a city, a shift and a start week.

What goes in the brief

Name the city or cities, the roles, the shift pattern, how many people, and which certificates or languages are required on day one. Add the hiring manager who can say yes. A vague brief produces the wrong shortlist, and a late brief misses the week the floor actually needs.

Two ways in

If you already have names, screening starts from that list. If you do not, the search covers the local market for that site. You still choose who starts. The output is a start list your site manager can run, not an inbox of CVs.

Screening

The first screen checks the shift, the ticket and the city. A forklift seat, a food-hygiene card or store-floor language is a yes or no, not a nice-to-have discovered in week two. Interviews stay short and are booked against the start week, not against an open-ended pipeline.

The start list

Offers, documents and a first day sit on one list. The site manager sees who arrives, on which shift, and what is still missing. People who are not ready do not get a start date to fill a gap.

What the plan does not include

A hiring plan is a search and a start list. It does not promise a work-permit timeline, and it is not a substitute for employing people through your own company. Sector differences are on the sectors page. Handing the search over is covered under recruitment outsourcing. Send the brief on the request page.
