What we do
We run the search, the screening and the start list for roles that are hired many at a time: line operators, pickers and forklift drivers, store teams, kitchen and floor staff. The work starts from one brief that names the city, the shift, the roles, the headcount and the week people must start. Screening checks the shift, the certificates and the documents the first day needs. You meet a shortlist, decide who starts, and the people join your own company’s payroll.
When a client wants a defined operation run on site instead, that is a different engagement: a service contract in which Gini Talent organises and directs the work for an agreed scope. It is agreed in writing before anyone starts.
What we do not do on this site
- We do not lease workers, supply temporary staff or act as Employer of Record here.
- We do not promise a work-permit timeline. Permits for foreign workers are issued for a specific employer and workplace.
- We do not quote fees or headcounts before the brief has been reviewed. Not every request continues.
