What is volume hiring in Turkey?
Volume hiring is a campaign scoped to a site and a start week: many people in the same roles, screened against the shift and the certificates the floor needs. It is not a single senior search with a long courtship.
Which sectors do you staff?
Manufacturing, warehouse and e-commerce, retail, and hospitality. Each sector has a different shift pattern, ticket set and season, so the brief and the shortlist are planned separately.
How do I start a hiring plan?
Send the sector, city, role, headcount and target start on the request form. We review the brief before a plan. Not every request continues.
Is this employment or only recruitment?
The default engagement is a search and a start list. You still employ people through your own company unless you choose Employer of Record as a separate service on the form.
